★★★★★ Many many glitches in the app as well.
★★★★★ Kik is a laggy, bot filled, ad ridden mess filled with bugs and creeps.
★★★★★ Brilliant idea- going to create an app that rarely works. Is an app that quite literally only serves one purpose (chatting). Always crashes. Repeated requires resetting or deleting to have to redownload. Wait that app…

★★★★★ It's frustrating when a app developer continues to add updates and the update updates make the app run worse.
★★★★★ After last update I am unable to see anything anyone posts.
★★★★★ Now it seems with every update to the app, it gets worse.

★★★★★ I noticed that I've been paying to be a premium member for years even after you dismantled the live feature (which is the only part of the app that had ads) almost instantly and with very little notification.
★★★★★ It plays the same annoying ads over and over and it takes forever for them to stop.
★★★★★ I've been on this app for about 19 years and now all of a sudden they wanna drop some ads I'm trying to watch a video my friend sent me and every 10 seconds.

★★★★★ Then KIK banned not only my account, but the rooms I was in.
★★★★★ I tried to sign up but I can't because it says email is invalid it is hotmail and it says then I put hot nail then it works Learn bot to spell
★★★★★ Used to be free to use but apparently not anymore because now whenever I log in and click on a chat it blocks me with a full page paywall nd doesn't allow me to exit or give choice for a free tier.

★★★★★ I have logged out, deleted, and reinstalled the app, and my chats are still not loading.
★★★★★ Kik is not working as it used to work anymore not loading any texts or any new chats you guess should do better

★★★★★ This app has gone from almost completely useless to completely useless as it locks up with an “update required” message, but the button to update does nothing and there is no newer version in the AppStore.
★★★★★ Useless and expensive thing with commercial commercials.
★★★★★ What is wrong with the app?!
Nothing stands out.
5 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.
★★★★★ I've been using kik for over a decade before it was what it is today and always enjoyed it.
★★★★★ Still enjoying the app because I've met several people that are amazing.

Latest reviews, Japan App Store.
Used to be a fun site to meet people, hang etc etc.. I have been a part of this site for over 7 years. I was even an admin to 5 ring. I ran my rooms with respect and followed all the rules. Then KIK banned not only my account, but the rooms I was in. I was simply told that they defiled a community guidelines with no further explanation, after they existed before I came in. Many many glitches in the app as well. I mostly started for the commarodity.
I cannot express how stupid this app is. Kik is a laggy, bot filled, ad ridden mess filled with bugs and creeps. I am banned on Live without ever using live. 😂 Man whoever is in charge of this company needs to be replaced. Yall really got the nerve to offer a premium version. 😂😂 Kik live is now no longer a thing and they’re false advertising now.
Not a good app
I tried to sign up but I can’t because it says email is invalid it is hotmail and it says then I put hot nail then it works Learn bot to spell
Brilliant idea- going to create an app that rarely works. Is an app that quite literally only serves one purpose (chatting). Always crashes. Repeated requires resetting or deleting to have to redownload. Wait that app already exist… it’s Kik
Imagine going live and grinding and saving for yearssss- just for it all to disappear one day with NO warnings. I had thousands of “coins”/ diamonds saved up that I was waiting to cash in, others had thousands. I hope this app owner gets sued! This was going to help me get another apartment and pay off my car… the same app I’ve made memories on since I was TWELVE before you could even profit from anything. I don’t even know how I feel right now. Praying for those who lost one of their only incomes for years, due to this situation. It was a good & lowkey place you just can’t find on any other platform. I feel robbed from more than just MY time & money- @ Wisconsin gal / khitkhat
