WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • I would love to see the entire Summary. 4★, Oct 19, 2026
  • The 2026 update was strange given they reduced my central Asian down to 54% (before it was 88%) and included Kyrgyzstan as a separate region even tho they should have added it or stay with Central Asia 4★, Oct 10, 2026
  • I am upset you won't let my guest add more than one person if they are not members, I am getting too old, can't see good enough, fingers are getting bad, and I no longer have a computer. 2★, Oct 7, 2026
  • I wish this wasn't so expensive 3★, Oct 6, 2026
  • I don't need the docs, but if I can't even view or add a name and place to the tree, then how will I ever “build my tree”. 1★, Sep 29, 2026
  • Works well, good product, monthly pricing looks to be high- it should have been a one time pricing. 5★, Nov 23, 2015

New Trait - Scary Movies ?

I just read my “new trait” that said I don’t like scary movies, and that is correct. However, it’s not because they scare me, but because they’re stupid! I think Ancestry should clarify the trait - I doubt it’s because any of them are frightening.

Bugs need fixing

The app has been downgrading: I love the platform, but when I use my widgets on the home screen as of late, I can no longer change which tree is displayed which is inconvenient. And the app also keeps logging me out unless I open it from the widget I do have set up, which is also inconvenient. Please fix these bugs! These were not issues before. Additionally, in the recent updates, when you upload an image it now automatically puts a date — the date of the upload or the date of the saving of the image. This is concerning because it not only takes more time to remove it in uncertainty, but there are also uploaders who may not be as intentional about key details and would LEAVE the date there which would provide false information to viewers that wouldn’t be able to tell otherwise.
