I use this app a year ago in Scotland and it worked. But upon return travel, it would not let me login. Would not send a text message. Would not send an email. Would not let me reset my password. And would not let me register. So I’m stuck in the “Twilight Zone”.
While visiting Scotland, my wife and I both tried to get this app working so we could park in Saint Andrews. No matter what we tried the verification text never arrived, even though we verified everything was fine on our end. It requires an email but there's no way to use it as the verification. So I said hey, no problem! I'll use the phone number listed. Got in touch with someone and got told to use the app and they hung up on me. Called again and tried to explain, they didn't care and told me to use the app.
Like others, I was never sent the code. It was a waste of time.
