Awful and barely playable

Bad ads

I don’t mind an ad here and there but it seems the developers are not testing their ads to see how long they are and if a player can end the ad. There are ads where the x is white on white so you can’t see it. There are ads where they have errors but no x so it just toggles you from page to page and never ends. There is an ad called June’s journey with a black x but the x doesn’t work. I have to leave my game several times when these bad ads come up - not fun. The CleanX ad never ends - there is no x.

Suddenly watching ADDS

I paid for years of no adds. Suddenly I am watching adds and they are extremely long. There’s no way to click out of them. And they also happen between hands, which is extremely annoying. It throws off train of thought for the game and makes opponents wait. Plus the top players (the ones with the all time highest points) are rude as can be. They are very unsportsmanlike players. Especially the who goes by BK or Bar Keeper who puts people down whenever they he/she loses to them. It’s so obvious that they take the game so seriously that they can’t be cordial with other players, nor respect other good players. The game admin has done nothing about the rude harassing behavior of this player; even after all these years. Plus the game itself only goes up to 3000 points, so you never get to the challenging part of canasta where you have to meld 120. The highest scoring players wouldn’t be able to win at that meld level. Nor do they play 2 canasta games. So 1 canasta at 3000 points is not a challenge. The adds are too long and the top players are extremely rude.

Lots of Ads

What’s with all the ads? There are ads now after every hand, not just at the end of the game. There are even ads for online play. It’s getting to be not worth it. The actual canasta is ok, but computer strategy is flawed at times, even when “advanced”. Online needs a time limit.
