WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Bugs, things not working11%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ If you touch a five to see where all the fives are the pencil automatically turns off it also doesn't tell you if you've made a mistake so I went through a game for 30 minutes trying to figure out why it's not working…
★★★★★ Four of them glitched and gave conflicting answers in the final blocks.
★★★★★ It also doesn't show if you placed a number wrong; matter of preference I guess but I'd rather know right away that I made an error.
Price and subscription11%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I would really like to get my money back.
★★★★★ I'm sorry I wasted my money on it.

Too many ads7%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ …was a sudoku game that wouldn't keep pestering me with ads.
★★★★★ Wish it gave points or did something when you finally finished it
★★★★★ Compared to other apps with ads, the gameplay here just isn't the same.
Missing features7%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ There is no option to just enter note mode with a click, make several notes, and then exit note mode with one click.
★★★★★ The top row missing only the number 9, but that column already has a 9.
★★★★★ There is no way to toggle the notes tool off, so it requires a ton of extra clicks.
Wrong or poor results6%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Almost no use of color to differentiate states; notes are hard to see and notes I've entered disappear on their own(!); 3x3 grids within the 9x9 are difficult to distinguish; the tiny completion indicator is useless;…
★★★★★ It also doesn't show if you placed a number wrong; matter of preference I guess but I'd rather know right away that I made an error.
★★★★★ I really hate the forced, fake, rating padding that is plaguing the app store.
No customer support6%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I've asked for a refund but no response
★★★★★ Also your support site is not secured
★★★★★ Furthermore when I attempted to click “help” to get support however it generated a blank screen.
Worse after an update4%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ The latest version of the app added “crosshairs” which highlight the row and column of the selected cell.
★★★★★ I play this regularly and like it a lot UNTIL todays update.
★★★★★ Vollkommen unübersichtlich mit dem neuen Update.
Lost data, sync, backup3%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ After buying and trying this app, I deleted it.

Overly Needy

I like this game very much. However I find that you are a bit needy in that you need constant encouragement that you are doing ok. Please reduce the frequency of requests to rate the game.

Much better than free Sudoku

I was using the free Sudoku app for a while and finally got tired of being interrupted in the middle of games. Paying for this was so worth it and the game plays just like any regular Sudoku with difficulty levels, no other nonsense distraction! Love it!!!

Confusing switch from notes mode

Often when in notes mode you click on a square and notes mode randomly turns off. Frustrating!
