After playing a few hands, I was ready to write a 5-star review. Here it was: This app is an undiscovered gem! Many people have complained (elsewhere) that there are no good offline iPad poker games. Well, this app is it! It has many varieties of offline poker. That includes varieties of Omaha, my favorite game. There is a steady-play mode, and a tournament mode with increasing blinds. It’s just what I was looking for. Well worth the price! —— Unfortunately I cannot post that review. The last time I played, I left the app to check my email. When I returned, the app was frozen. The Fold, Check, and Raise buttons have all disappeared. They’re just gone. There’s nothing there. And I cannot get back to the Home Screen. That button is gone, too. I’m running iOS 18.3 on an iPad. If this gets fixed, I’ll quickly update my review to 5-stars. On edit: It also would be nice if the font was a little larger. The words on the table are a bit small.

Unrealistic- way over priced

The app allows you to play against the computer only, which I guess is fine. There is no bankroll, you start every game with a set amount and any profits are no where to be seen after you exit the current table. Which is fine, but makes it hard to figure out where you're at long term. Literally, you win about 85% of the time. All your draws get there in 2-7 and badugi. Anyone who's ever played poker knows, that's fantasy. It's like playing a magical game where you always get there and always get paid off. If it were real life you would be a millionaire in a week or so, if not for the restarting at 500 every game. I don't believe this app offers anything of value if you know how to play the game already. Definitely not worth the $10 it cost. I would request my money back if I could. Also the Badugi game betting structure is only $10 bet on every street. Kind of lame. Also writing your own 5 star review is pretty lame.

If u just wanna play...

This is a perfect simple App to just play Texas Hold'em and other poker games. You can play offline against the "computer" (device) and you don't have to make any in-app purchases to play. The first game I played it started me with $500 playing with six players. I ended up winning with $3,000. All fake money:-) My children like it, too!
