Flashcards Deluxe

The more I use this app the more I appreciate its ability to accommodate my learning experience. It may overwhelm you at first, but take it slow test different. And you’ll soon discover how robust and effective it is.

I have been using this app for about 15 years to compile an immense amount of language flashcards that have been so important to my practice. It has functioned well and I hope it keeps working for another 15 years. The developer and people who keep it working have my eternal thanks.

Love it! But can you add a feature that tells the total amount of study time recorded on a card set? I see the daily, and weekly average, but what about a total history of time spent?? Thanks!

I have been using this app for a decade. It is perfect at what it does. I create Flashcards for everything I want to remember and the spaced repetition not only helps me learn, but makes it so I don’t forget. Over the years I have used it to learn new topics at work, help my kids learn subjects at school, learn about subjects I just randomly become interested in, or remember birthdates of friends and family. Very customizable. Simple to use. No gimmicks. Just simple Flashcards. Seriously. I love this app!!!

I am a physician. I have been in medical school/residency for 10 years. This app has seen me through much of my studying. I tried anki but it just didn't work for me. What I like about this app is that it allows lots of personalization. I can text to speech, add photos from the internet straight from the app, use spaced repetition with lots of adjustments, multiple sided cards for harder topics, search my whole deck with the workaround, backup my decks. The developer is very responsive. I remember having a question when I started using the app a long time ago and was answered immediately. I'll probably be using this for the rest of my career to keep up with the knowledge. Thanks for a great stable app!

Clearly, comments from 7 years ago probably didn’t like the app, but it’s a simple app and not a “for profit” app. You can separate things; I think it’s pretty good. It’s totally fine the way it is, but if I had to suggest improvements, I’d say more convenience. Honestly, it’s perfect as it is. I just hope the developers don’t become money-hungry. I’ve bought it on my phone and iPad, and I like the app. Adding AI could make it a lot more convenient, but honestly, that can sometimes be the downfall of companies. So, great app👍thank you. Oh yeah I almost forgot I'm definitely gonna donate also b/c the background is basic lol BUT, BUT the app is perfect so don’t become money hungry like Quizlet. Great app.
