Occasionally the app will take ages to open. Uninstalling and reinstalling solves that problem. Lately though, it started challenging me with captcha like puzzles to verify that I am a human more and more often. It is frustrating and makes me feeling like an idiot, after having paid €240/year.
Despite having had a subscription for multiple years I now experience continuous portal access problems that are not easily resolved
…the experience with the app is not as great: * if you are listening music and start the Bloomberg App, even just to read the news, it will stop the Audio of your previous App * the new built-player to listen Bloomberg live radio takes often 10, 20 seconds or more after you click on play before it starts playing anything (even on WiFi or strong 5G signal). Basically the user is left guessing if the click on play was acknowledged or not at all * last but not least the very long advertisement (and the very same since months) one is forced to listen to every time one start, or restart, the radio stream, even with Bloomberg digital unlimited subscription. This really feels like brainwashing, I’m now at a point where I really ask myself twice if I want to start the live radio stream, and shall I have the nerves to do so, I turn off the volume for the first 30seconds to save me from that ad. I’ve come to a point that I will avoid buying anything from that company doing the ad.
The app some gets into some kind of loop and crashes the device, so that it becomes unresponsive for multiple minutes.
Can’t view simple Charts, can’t when view a single article (I was logged in). Useless, everything’s available for free on the Desktop Browser Version
