Not happy with this app!

It said that there were no scratches on the photo to enhance but there are cracks and shading where the photo has curled up. I don’t feel like this app helped in any way.

Cannot access Reimagine

All features of the Reimagine app are supposed to be part of the MyHeritage Omni plan but am unable to access Reimagine. Reimagine does not recognize MyHeritage account. Disappointed that I don’t have full access as this was supposed to be part of this package. The only help I can get is through chat and it just loops back to the FAQs and isn’t addressing my issue.
