App never loads always saying “connection failed” Always shows the Please connect to the camera on WiFi even though the wifi is connected. Spent 20 minutes trying to see my files.

Sucks

Camera footage is terrible

★★★★★Mar 28, 2026
Poor video transfer and download

If the app is supposed to be used for emergency collection of data of an accident or an occurrence very non-reliable Exceptionally long downloads of three minute videos as well as corrupted files, not being able to be viewed multiple times

★★★★★Mar 21, 2026
Not bad

I really wish the cam had like the speed on the video that would really be helpful can this be implemented in an upgrade or need to get different dashcam? Anyways another thing is with connects and disconnects often I have 2 one for back one for front but I’m on 1 wifi maybe it’s getting confused it like switches back and forth every so often But overall I’m happy w it been using over 2 years been lucky enough not have to use for accidents. However when not connected to wifi can I connect to it and see clips that was before connecting?

★★★★★Jan 12, 2026
Great customer service !

I forgot my password for my collection for my camera and I just emailed them the contact and they gotta be within the same day or exporting, but it was very detailed reply back and they were very kind so I will definitely recommend!
