★★★★★ That is BS MAKING THE FEATURES SUBSCRIPTION IT SHOULDN'T BE A FREE APP
★★★★★ First needing a subscription instead of a one time purchase is terrible.

★★★★★ The app doesn't work and when you ask for assistance they will gaslight you.
★★★★★ When I went to try again I got an error message that I've reach my limit.
★★★★★ I paid for a subscription, my account shows as a premium account, but when I try to upload it says I need a premium account. Total waste and a rip off. If you are going to charge people you should at least make sure…

★★★★★ I paid for a subscription, my account shows as a premium account, but when I try to upload it says I need a premium account.
★★★★★ When I click the Account button, you'd think it would allow you to click manage account but it doesn't.
★★★★★ Customer service responded, directed me to manage account settings.

★★★★★ While I want to support this app I can't in good conscience pay for it not know if it's even going to work once I do.
★★★★★ I had to contact support to get a refund.
★★★★★ Unfortunately, after paying for the premium version, I discovered the app doesn't support PDF files – a major dealbreaker for me.

★★★★★ (I tried to test a website I knew I would want to use this with and couldn't because it gave me an error saying I had reached my limit despite this being the first thing I attempted to do in the app… meaning website…
★★★★★ It locks it into a PDF format, which is quite useless for my needs.
★★★★★ It would be less useless if they actually worked on having different file formats available but they don't.

★★★★★ When I went to try again I got an error message that I've reach my limit.
★★★★★ I paid for a premium account and there's a 5000 character limit.
★★★★★ Even as a paid user, unless you go for the plus package at $14/mo, you're limited to 5000 characters or LESS per month.

★★★★★ But it all changed when the update happened.
★★★★★ Update to the developer response.
★★★★★ I tried a dozen things like file types, file name size, permissions, update/restart.
3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ It doesn't load in properly and they will not help you.
★★★★★ I won't find out though because even though it charged me and my Apple subscription is active; the app itself is still stuck on the free account and keeps asking me to upgrade.
★★★★★ Unfortunately, the page won't load, so I'm stuck with non-functioning app now.
Nothing stands out.

★★★★★ But with methods like this, it helps tear down that wall, and I can better understand what I'm reading!
★★★★★ Love this app, makes reading so much faster! Love that I can upload files. A nice update would be being able to upload pdf but as is the app is still amazing
★★★★★ I'm a professional Voice Actor and when I get large paragraph scripts, this app really helps making reading a lot easier.
3 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.
★★★★★ I enjoy reading a lot more than I do now, and I hope it gets the credit it deserves.
★★★★★ I can enjoy reading more!
★★★★★ I truly thought for 30 years of my life that not enjoying reading was a personality trait.
2 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.
★★★★★ *Update- I took a look at other reviews- they do have issues with subscribing through Apple- that's legit but easy to navigate.
★★★★★ When reading passages with simple sentence structure where a large majority of the words are three letters or less the app did not improve my reading speed but rather hindered it.

The developers of this app are inept and completely incompetent. The app doesn’t work and when you ask for assistance they will gaslight you. You will pay for subscriptions that don’t work. I highly recommend using another app.

For an app targeting folks with ADHD, they make it really difficult to purchase. First needing a subscription instead of a one time purchase is terrible. Second, i dont get what each subscription offers. Limitations on text means it will only convert some of a book? I don't know. I like the font. I have money. I dont want a subscription and I want an easy way to purchase. Just charge a one time fee to buy the app in the store. And let me upload books into when i need to read them. Simple.
Freue mich auf die weiteren Entwicklungsfortschritte 💪
I was an early adopter of this app. I use it on the web a lot. However, after a break from reading I went back to this iOS app. It’s now completely unusable. When I tired to read one article this month it didn’t work. When I went to try again I got an error message that I’ve reach my limit. I didn’t even get to use it once in a month? While I want to support this app I can’t in good conscience pay for it not know if it’s even going to work once I do. How can the dev resolve this? Make the free tier functional but limited. Better explain what the limits are with tiers and when you are approaching said limits.
