I wanted to get a membership for big bang for my sister to try and get her some tickets for their upcoming concerts, when I went to make the payment it said it would be 250.00 dollars. Then my bank sent me a fraud message saying they were trying to pull 25000.00 dollars. This app sucks, their membership sucks, and is sketchy as hell. I can’t even find where to delete my account. How is the membership gonna cost half of the price of an average ticket.

Paid member, but your app doesn’t work. HLE app cannot be accessed at all for so long time! It happened before and fixed a couple of days. I cannot use my membership and Pop almost a week! How are you gonna pay for this?! It keeps saying that “couldn’t find the webpage”. No in-app customer support available.

Posts and photos, even emoji reactions don’t load and you have to tap buttons two or 3 times before the app even shows some kind of loading feedback Every page is an internal web browser but if you’re on the web nothing actually works

not the best app. insanely laggy, slow and notifications being sent to you twice (normal notifications and an email) is incredibly annoying and it fills up your email inbox. would love it if you made your app less laggy, quicker and only sent one notification through. until then, this app stays at one star for me.
