Outdated decor, bad help center

The AI of the game is very unhelpful! Also, there is still Christmas decorations and snow in the palace! It is April now and players find it very frustrating. This needs to be changed asap and is an indication that the game is not looked after which is very frustrating, especially if one spends a lot of money on it!

Eigentlich Gut aber Großes Problem

Mir gefällt das Spiel an sich sehr gut. Ich bin jemand der kein Geld für Spiele ausgibt und dieses Spiel lässt sich wunderbar ohne etwas kaufen zu müssen spielen. Ich habe lange sehr aktiv (jeden oder alle zwei Tage) gespielt, es ist also ein guter Zeitvertreib für Langeweile. Jetzt zum negativen und für mich etwas das leider alles kaputt macht. Ich war in den letzten 2-3 Wochen nicht mehr im Spiel on da ich krank war und dafür weder Nerven noch Lust hatte. Wenn ich mich jetzt ins Spiel einwähle sind jedoch alle meine Fortschritte weg bzw. ich stehe jetzt wieder ganz am Anfang und es ist alles weg. Ich weiß nicht ob da bei mir ein Fehler im System ist oder ob das so typisch ist. Aber ich würde mich freuen wenn mir jemand sagen könnte ob ich meine Fortschritte irgendwie zurück bekommen kann.!!
