Super annoying Ads

The ads take away the experience. We have paid for cloud playback subscription and still get a lot of ads. They give you no control over turning ads display off. Very disappointing customer. Was planning on ordering more cameras and additional cloud playback subscription. Now we have to resort to another camera and service provider.

Easy setup but sucks SD recording

My experience with this plugin product is that it will not record on SD no matter how much I try. Keeps popping up enable cloud storage! WTF! I just use it now as a live check from my front window.

Bad investment

Very poor camera quality. Then there is the app. Nothing but ads and selling points to get your videos. Worst camera investment I have made. I have 5 camera system and this by far the absolute worst

Don’t download. Scared me when it says my phone is infected with virus and will lock…

I downloaded in my Motorola then iPhone pro max says the same thing. Too many Temu commercials. I had to uninstall again. I think I paid for iCloud. Avoid if you can.
