I have done all the updates! I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I cannot review my cloud recordings, it keeps saying my icloud has expired! You also charged me twice for my cloud playback. I have already emailed the support and included proof of overcharge and of being expired. I hope the kinks will be rectified soon. I like the older version of this app better!
We have had this for about 1 1/2 years. The first 90 days were fantastic until they started charging. Since then the clips have been not as clear, updates that leave us without service for days, cameras do not distinguish what is animal/vehicle/person since subscribing. We are just going to eat the cost of the cameras and go with a different service. You get what you pay for in this service.—One week worth of updates and it is still worse than what we initially had. Just renewed in May and I asked for a partial refund as this is useless to me. Denied and said enjoy the new updates.
Don’t work. App is terrible. They constantly update which makes it more useless. This camera is TERRIBLE!!!!! Subscription fees are more $ than blink, buy a blink. Don’t waste your money the app update makes them useless. Can’t look at any alerts with subscriptions. It’s glitchy and horrible. Don’t buy!!!

Nothing works properly since the most recent update just a few days ago. Now you can’t hear anything from the cameras. You can’t talk to anyone but a robot in a chat. TERRIBLE
You can’t watch the playbacks 99% of the time, the few it does show have no sound, and the cameras don’t even pick up half the motion in front of them. There is no option to turn notifications off for sound alerts. Just all around not good.
