アルパムが消えました

登録していたトゥバのアルバムが何もしていないのに消えました。 履歴にも登録したアルバムはないと表示されています。他にも同じレビューを見かけて私だけではないようなので原因を調べていただけますでしょうか。購入して登録しているのに消えるのは有り得ないてます。
