Cute But Bloated

I like the idea of helping fairies fix up their island, but the is so much bloat and baggage that it swiftly get in the way of just enjoying the game. Within a day or so of playing the screen is now filled with like 6 different timed offers and I hate it so much. Begging constantly to spend money for this or that. One says you've unlocked energy.. but ONLY if you pay a fee. Another has an island show up asking you unlock it.. for a price. Hell, I can't even just enjoy the merging because the game starts getting impatient if I haven't touched the screen in a couple seconds, and begins wiggling mergable items I'm not ready to combine. It's distracting and treating me like I'm incapable of playing on my own. I've seen a lot of mobile games do this these days and it's a strong reminder why I don't enjoy the mobile game market anymore. Not to mention the game feels suspiciously like I'm playing Homescapes or other "rebuild the grounds" styled games with the endless star requirements over the tiniest things.

Cards

Every interruption, every frustration associated with the cards is a waste of my time and significantly reduces my enjoyment of an otherwise tolerable game. As far as I can tell, cards are a go-nowhere side hustle crammed into a game that logically has no reason or right to accept the whole intrusive card mess. It’s also an idea from the devil that casts a huge shadow on a “magical” game. Get rid of the stupid cards!!! No cards will get you more stars.

Please beware

They promote no money which is not true. it costs too much money. The one fault is that when you are making improvements to the islands, once you finish all the coin options there is no upgrade. Now I'm just forever collecting coins with no purpose for them. What is also extremely disappointing is that the graphics and story they use to promote the game is nonexistent in the actual game When it gets to the story part on special islands it is just words. Better to just skip through.
