I’m tech savvy and cannot find a way to cancel the subscription inside the app or on the website. Even the credit card charge does not have a phone number. (I’m canceling because the curated playlist JOY was eliminated)

Recently use is blocked by white screen about plans and says free version etc but nothing closes that screen. Totally ruined the experience with this
