I need help with it

I have two cameras with solar charging. I live out in the country and I have had as many as eight deer in my yard and it won’t video them. On my other camera I have the area blocked on the road. It registers every car that goes by in the area I have greyed out. It doesn’t show people or even my car coming and going. Do you need a subscription? I’m tired of buying different cameras that don’t record. Somebody please help me. The company is no help. I am willing to chat with a bot if it would help.

Need help

Cameras work okay. The only thing that’s bugging me is it doesn’t give any notifications if someone is passing by in the frame or doesn’t pick up if a vehicle is passing by. Like the notifications are all on in my phone but I’m not getting them. Does anyone know how I can fix this.

Outstanding App Features with Fully Customizable Camera Features

Please remember to immediately get cloud coverage as my Jeep Was vandalized the same day I purchased 2 of these!’ The app has full customer preference functions That can be switched and changed as often as you need. I’ll change the video recoding style for black/white for night, and sometimes Full color at night (only if are actually home and near something outside ).. it’s not needed —the B-W is excellent. Outstanding full color during the day. Sometimes the battery last 3 days with always on recording?, but you can step down several options to extend the battery. The app shows recommendations under each option , which is very helpful. If you buy 2 cameras, be sure to add each one to the app, via scanning the code on the back of the camera with your phone. Do not assume the app knows you have multi cameras! Rookie mistake I made originally. Ignorance is NOT bliss. Insurance will want and require footage if there is a known security camera. You can set up 2 way talk, or set the mic for 1 way. You can turn on flashing lights etc You will be happy . These get the Job done to protect you, your home, your sanity and your pocketbook without sinking lots of money for products that might not even serve you
