Great game, missing some marks

I absolutely love Masterpieced, but there are some bugs which have really been frustrating. I’m unable to complete the available puzzles as some have become stuck and fully lock up the game. This happens across multiple devices, so it is something which is tied into my save data. Given I’m 3 categories away from completing the game, I don’t want to reset my entire save for a “maybe” that this would be fixed. The achievements also do not work. I have completed most of the puzzles available in the game, and yet I have zero achievements in Game Center. According to support, an update is coming next week, but that their answer was 3 months ago, so who knows.

Nice, easy puzzles, an art education—but one glitch

I’ve been enjoying the puzzles of Impressionist painters, Van Gogh, and his contemporaries. I’d like to see more historical painters included in the galleries. It’s interesting to study the paintings brushstroke by brushstroke as you assemble them. One of the paintings, though, will not load: Landscape at Saint-Paul-lez-Durance by Paul Camille Guigou. Because I can’t open that painting, the last painting in the gallery is locked. Can someone please fix that?

Good App, one issue

Landscape at Saint-Paul-lez-Durance does not load. It appears to have Dow loaded but gets stuck on the loading screen. Otherwise app is great.

Asked for help, no response.

On August 7, 2026 I sent an email to Borderleap Support. I had completed 46 of the 48 puzzles in this collection. One being the locked puzzle at the end after all other puzzles are completed. BUT I could not open puzzle #4 “Landscape At Saint-Paul-Les_Durance”, must have been some type of Glitch? I have followed up 3 time since, no response. This was a difficulty task and I would like credit. Beware if you need help.

Impossibly hard

The pictures are all greyscale with the middle completely blurred out, and as soon as you place a puzzle piece it disappears. As a result, you never have any frame of reference. Way too frustrating for me.
