I’ve been using this app for years. At first, it wasn’t always consistent and had a few glitches here and there, but I have to say they’ve really improved things. The new updates have made a huge difference, and I’m genuinely enjoying the app. They’re doing a great job! It’s affordable, very convenient, and the customer service is quick to respond and address any concerns. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience. Keep up the great work!

Every time when l try to make a call the app doesn’t work
I can’t call more than 3 numbers in Zimbabwe. Only 3 people
It’s clear as if you’re talking to someone next door
I enjoy using the TauraApp to call my family back home in Zimbabwe but the problem is that the app is not consistent. Some days I skip two or three days without calling them because the app/system may be down. Sometimes it can just end the call even if you still have airtime in your account, and when you try to call again it won't work until a certain period of time. To be frank this app needs some improvements.
