You can’t create an account, you can still use the fasting timer and get information but it’s limited. The support group is through Facebook, it would be better to have it in app. The app seems like it hasn’t been updated or upkeep.
The offers are broken. I started using the app and was greeted with an annual offer of £20 but was charged the full £80. This app is completely busted at this point. Sign in functionality is broken - you try to sign in via Apple and it just spins. The same for the motivations that used to appear on the first page. Lost all my data, they’ve robbed me of my money, and there’s no way to contact them as support messages just get wiped.
I love this app but it won’t let me sign in and now I feel I lost my progress
Go with the Fasty app instead! It’s much more clean and streamlined. And it doesn’t push purchasing the premium!! This app takes forever to load on my phone now. It’s almost like if I don’t pay, the free version is so slow. It takes over a minute to open the app.
works great for the most part but takes over a minute to open and won’t let me sign in with apple
I liked the app at first in 2023-4 but recently it's not as good it takes waaay too long that's my main complaint also I miss the community tab within the app now we have to go on facebook that's not my main concern tho my main issue is the slowness it takes at least 2-3 minutes before it actually works
