Animation

Horus heresy has been a known thing since 2006 and not only do you not have that animated yet , but you barely have any space marine animation on your app , you have lost the plot

Autoplay skips every episode. The shows are really good but i cant enjoy it with this bugging shi. Gerade gelesen dass jemand die probleme schon vor 3 jahren hat. Die software ist so schlecht das es sich nicht lohnt dafür zu zahlen.

Terrible UX

I appreciate having access to more Warhammer related content than ever before, but the app is hot garbage. It doesn’t seem like anyone has given the user experience much thought. Here are only a few of my gripes: -Why must I have to log in nearly every time? I only ever open the app on my phone, or laptop, but my user session seems to expire very quickly. -Absolutely no suggestion algorithm. No clear attempt to curate videos for me, the app does have the “Continue watching” section, but that seems busted. It will suggest “episode 1” of series I’ve already finished. -The “View All” link on the carousels on the home page simply open the exact same list in a different view. The original list wasn’t paginated or anything, so those links serve absolutely no purpose. There is no way to navigate to a “More episodes” area for a particular show from watching a specific episode. So if I pick up on something from one of those sections, but don’t want to watch that particular episode, too bad, I need to hunt down the dedicated section for that show. -When I’m using Apple Play, or Chromecast, to stream to my TV, I need to keep the app and my phone open… -The changelog in the App Store just says “Improvements and bug fixes” for every single release, which is just lazy. It also doesn’t seem to list patch version, so doesn’t really follow semantic versioning. Seriously, I know GW has committed to not using AI, but just tell the dev team to throw Claude code at it to fix these things. And GW, please consider hiring a UX designer. They seem to have a good opportunity to leverage their digital experience across all their apps/content/games, but seems intent to just drop the ball in this area.

Cannot play stream

Random episodes will simply not play. They’ll start up, and as soon as the animations begin the “cannot play stream” message pops up and boots me back to episode selection. Will be cancelling my subscription because what’s the point?

Horrible application

This is the worst app ever. The videos will just autoplay 1 second of each episode until the season is over and you get to watch nothing. SUPER TERRIBLE VIDEO STREAMING APPLICATION THAT ABSOLUTELY CANNOT PERFORM ITS CORE PURPOSE.
