for spending $600 I’m shock at how at so many technical problems that they have.. I’m disappointed at how many times that their app won’t even load or run. And, they don’t respond when contacted. Monroe Institute, you really need to invest in your technical department. Putting your cart before your horse is a bad, bad business idea…
When I first downloaded this app I thought it wouldn’t work but a couple hours after I turned it on with headphones I got into the vibration stage of lucid dreaming, unfortunately it scared me and woke me up but I can’t wait to use it again tonight!

I really enjoy this app and find it a highly effective aid in meditation—when it works. However, my biggest critique is that the timer function frequently begins counting down without actually playing the sounds (neither the signal nor the background music). I often cannot get it to work at all, leading me to just give up in frustration after 10 minutes trying to troubleshoot. I think it is a glitch, and it really does need to get fixed.
If you want to meditate and then go beyond, this app is for you. Guided meditations are amazing! Helps you with the practical issues and beyond…The sound science supports you on your journey.
I have been using this app since it was first released and it is an important part of my day. I absolutely love the ability to choose guided meditations or just do a timed meditation with signals of my choosing. There is no other app like it.
