Can’t withdraw Sats - Support hasn’t helped

I’ve been playing this game a long time. Recently, something is going wrong with the withdraw option. I used to be able to withdraw my sats to ZBD any time. Now it’s been weeks and I can’t withdraw my sats. I contacted support and they have no helpful solution at this time.

回転できない

多分アップデートしてからだと思うのですが、回転するのにコイン必要ってどういう仕様なんだろう？ まだデイリーのやつはなんとかクリアできたけど、通常版はコインを貯めるまでできませんね。今まで楽しくやれていたのにね。運営できなくなっているならもうやめた方がいいです。なので星付けたくないです。 追記 2024年2月16日現在、Satoshiがredeemできない状態になっています。以前は少量でもredeemできたのに。

Used to love it

I used to love this game, but they keep changing it, making it harder to rotate shoes (daily challenge) while other areas of the game are easier to rotate. The last few months I’ve noticed that the coins I’ve earned in the game are depleting, even though I am not spending them. I am about done with the game.
