Trava no hotel

O Jogo é bom, mas ele não carrega mais o hotel. Quando clico nele trava. Já desinstalei e instalei de novo, pedi compra q havia feito de diamantes e de energia e novamente trava quando quero acessar o hotel. Complicado.
