Blind nicht mehr gut bedienbar!

Hallo liebes Entwickler-Team, ich benutze die App AMC Cook & Go mit den entsprechenden Töpfen und dem Navigenio Nun seit knapp einem Jahr, ich bin blind und bisher war die App wunderbar barrierefrei. Seit dem letzten Update habe ich aber mit der Sprachausgabe von Apple nur noch einen sozusagen blanken Bildschirm, wenn ich die App öffne und mit ihr kochen möchte. Das ist kein Zustand! Ich kann zwar mit der Bildschirmerkennung, ist ein Feature von Apple, dann doch wieder die Oberfläche lesen, aber es ist dennoch absolut nicht mehr komfortabel mit dieser App zu kochen. Wenn man sein iPhone komplett aufgeladen hat auf 100 % und es genügend Strom gibt, dann kann es sein, dass die App macht, was sie soll, heute bei 90 % Batterieladung hatte ich leider wieder mal nicht das Vergnügen. Dieser Zustand ist unhaltbar und ich bitte euch, diesen Mangel so schnell wie möglich wieder zu beheben, ich bin leider nicht die einzige blinde Person, die diese Probleme hat! Ich arbeite mit einem iPhone 16 E und an dem Alter meines Phones kann es nicht liegen.

Welch ein Fortschritt!

Schon meine Eltern bereiteten ihre Mahlzeiten vor 60 Jahren mit AMC-Töpfen zu. Nicht nur die Legierungen wurden immer besser. Navigenio und Audiotherm ermöglichen heute ein kontrolliertes Garen mit Hilfe des Internets. Daran habe selbst ich mit über 90 Jahren meine Freude. Auch meine Kinder und Enkelkinder schätzen die Vorteile von AMC.

Verbesserungsfähig

Ich nutze die App nun schon seit einem Jahr und die Produkte mein Leben lang. Die Kompatibilität von beiden ist schön aber ausbaufähig. Wenn ich einen Navigenio und die App habe, möchte ich auch dass die Automatikfunktion verwendet wird. Bei manchen Rezepten ist dies nicht der Fall. Das Orangenkuchen Rezept hat bei mir nicht geklappt. Es wäre schön, wenn man nicht gelungene Rezepte markieren kann, damit sie von euch verbessert werden können. Wenn man bestimmte Zutaten nicht verträgt oder nicht essen möchte sollte man die Rezepte dementsprechend dauerhaft filtern können. Manche Rezepte haben eine Voreinstellung für 4 Personen. Wenn ich selbst runterrechnen muss, um für zwei Personen zu kochen, was ist der Sinn dabei? (Z.B Bohneneintopf). Es wäre ebenfalls schön wenn man Kommentare bei Rezepten hinterlassen kann, die beim nächsten Mal wieder auftauchen. Auch eigene Rezepte hochzuladen, wäre sinnvoll, damit wäre ihnen ebenfalls geholfen, da man nicht bei der Konkurrenz nachschaut und sie Ideen von Kundenwünschen haben. Im gesamten finde ich es schade, dass bereits jetzt so ein hoher Preis verlangt wird, obwohl dieses Projekt noch in den Kinderschuhen steckt.

Zu teuer

Wie viele Vorgänger auch schon rezensiert haben, finde ich die App überteuert und 40 freigeschaltete Rezepte sind wirklich ein Armutszeugnis. Zumindest für Käufer der wirklich teuren Töpfe sollte über die Rechnungsnummer oder Kundennummer ein kostenloser Zugang möglich sein.
