★★★★★ However the amount of money you have to spend to finish a story within a normal amount of time is outrageous.
★★★★★ The app is just taking your money.
★★★★★ Currently the best price is $29.99 for 612 coins.

★★★★★ But too many ads from left, right, above and below.
★★★★★ The segments are only available free a few each day - if you want to view more at a time you can watch an advertisement (or more than one ad) per segment or pay for app coins.
★★★★★ The Pintrist Ad gets frozen and you cannot access the app at all. Very frustrating. I have been waiting now for 10 minutes. It's not worth my time.

★★★★★ I'm listening to now is locked and so are all the previous episodes that I've listened to are locked.
★★★★★ So let me be clear, you have to either buy credit packs that give you ad free listening or pay a fee to get rid of the ads and wait for free unlocks otherwise they blare music from ads over the episodes.
★★★★★ If I want to listen I have to pay$$$$$.
33 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ There's no customer service so there's no resolution to any issues you may and will run into.
★★★★★ No response I will be deleting this app and going with someone else
★★★★★ It is extremely hard to contact anyone.

★★★★★ It will open but it just shows a black screen. I even tried restarting my iPhone and it still won't work.
★★★★★ If the video aspect of the app does not work there is no point.
★★★★★ Stories are very good but to gain coins by add or games does not work.

★★★★★ Here lately the app has been freezing up.

★★★★★ Then when I get on the next day you've gone back to the last “chapter” and started it from the beginning!!!
★★★★★ I just deleted the app off my phone.
★★★★★ I am so close to finishing this story and then it's DELETED.

★★★★★ UPDATE: the app is horrible.
★★★★★ I have made sure phone and app are updated.
★★★★★ After the latest update any previous episodes you listened to now start in the final few seconds of the episode.

★★★★★ Enjoying this app throughly.
★★★★★ That said, the quality of the stories keeps me coming back, and overall I really enjoy using the app.
★★★★★ Enjoy the suspense and characters Great work with the pictures and videos

★★★★★ For the cost after your 5 free daily episodes it's about $1/10mins.
★★★★★ If they dramatically cut the cost this might be worth it.
★★★★★ If it weren't for the free episodes offered each day, my rating would be much lower.

★★★★★ If you don't understand something there is no way to ask for help. My app shows a message is waiting on a daily basis but when I open the app there is no message! I just have to guess how to use it. How do you know…
★★★★★ I can't support your pushy tactics and your rude intrusion on my time.
★★★★★ It is extremely devastating when you're getting into a audiobook and being close to 400 episodes then it resets all the way to 297 with all the money and time you invested on the app gone with that being said getting…

★★★★★ I resent being scolded during my free time by my easy going app and having to listen to a pro-life add that I disagree with was enough to make me delete the app.
★★★★★ Loving the format of the app makes it very easy to see what you want to see my only discrepancy with the app is I understand it's free to view but 13-14hrs for new episodes feels insane to me!

★★★★★ Beautiful story, don't like the female voice for the male voice…
★★★★★ When I was younger, I would lie beside my mom while she napped before her evening shift. She left the radio playing, listening to what she called “the stories.” While she slept, I stayed awake, absorbing every word.…

I started watching this as a teaser. It was very good. All the voices were in character. However at a point it stopped and I had to download the app, which I did, and when I continued the story all the voices were women’s voices! It was ridiculous! A handsome masculine man with a woman’s voice!! Not for me.
Pourquoi on ne peut pas écouter en français, mais le nom de l’App est en français
I enjoy reading these book but as I stated before these books are long for no reason and after you pass the 200- 300 it turns into audio and it is not as interesting this is why I gave it 2 stars.
Look, the stories are great. However the amount of money you have to spend to finish a story within a normal amount of time is outrageous. It's way too expensive. They'd make more if they went to a subscription or allowed us to pay a flat rate for each specific title. Buying coins everyday isn't the move.
I get that it’s your app if you can make any changes that you want. But when I signed up over a year ago, I got two or three unlocked episodes every day and I was willing to wait. I also had the ability to watch as many as as I chose to and could unlock several episodes that way as well. The stories are decent and I appreciate the free episodes that get you hooked. But now I don’t automatically get unlocked episode every day and we’ve been reduced to only being able to watch eight ads to get those two episodes and I can’t watch additional ads to unlock more. Like I said, your app… Your rules. But I won’t be starting any new stories
