inaccurate information

I love this app I even have plus to be able to see all of my stats. Overtime I have started to see inaccurate data on my streams where it shows I streamed a song less than I actually did or doesn’t show a stream on a day I for sure streamed on, for example the release date. It takes away the fun of seeing your stats when you don’t even know if it’s accurate and when I go to report an issue it doesn’t get fixed :(
