サービスリクエストからコメントを入力しようとしても句読点やスペースの入力ができません。 「登録標識」を入力するよう求められますが、それは道路にあるものでは？ 日本語ローカライズの確認がされていないのではないでしょうか。 全般的に操作系がまとまっておらず、さらに日本語を拒否されている感覚で、とても使いづらいです。 今後、アプリケーションと車両の連動を増やしていくのだと思いますので、基本的な使用感についての改善をお願いします。 返信があったのですが、この内容だと「vwのモバイルサービスを使用している人がいるなんて珍しい」ということですよね。 そりゃローカライズされないわけだ。

Terrible app and software department

Honestly so disappointed. The amount of functions (camper mode, setting control, etc.) missing in this app compared to other car companies and then they release…. a new navigation bar item which is totally useless for anyone else than them themselves trying to sell me yet another car. I already have a car, I don’t need to know about the new ID polo in the app - I need functionality for the car I already paid a fair amount of money for!!! At the same time, I haven’t received an update for my car in 6 months!!!! No wonder VW is a sinking ship.
