I can't play because it's asking for an update and it's saying that I don't have internet, even though I'm in clear-as-day Wi-Fi or I'm just stupid, also, I checked the game if it needed updates and it doesn't need any.

So if you didn’t read my last one, which I hope you did, I got muted because some little boy who was being very racist and homophobic, (Yochanan is the name) but.. I got MUTED AGAIN. Do you want another reason this time? There is none. I was just talking to my friends and we were just talking about pizza and stuff and then suddenly my game got really good and I could barely text to keep cutting off mid sentence and then when I went to text the next day I was muted why was I mute? Who knows and I didn’t say anything bad the day before the day before that or the day before that or that day, so it doesn’t make sense I’m gonna keep dropping them out of reviews, FIX IT. And now the most baddest thing we talked about that day was most likely the president which we weren’t even talking about the American president. We were just talking about like Russia and then and then Italian food, none of this makes sense
I requested that my personal data be deleted. I wanted my Bekko account permanently deleted. I went to the official in game support page to contact a GM. They replied to my ticket asking if I was okay with deleting all of my data. I agreed. A few days later I go into the game to confirm they did delete my data. Strangely, I could still login with my Bekko account credentials. I was forced to play the entire tutorial just to access the settings. Upon checking, I saw that this reset account was still labeled as bound to my Bekko account. The developer lazily wiped my game data but did not delete my actual Bekko account or even bothered to unbind the account that still exists. Unfortunately, I foolishly did not save screenshots of the conversation in the ticket. This is all I can do now. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEVELOPER WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR YOUR EMAIL. DO NOT MAKE A BEKKO ACCOUNT. If your account is not based in China, there is no simple login pathway on the web. I found only a Chinese login page that does not communicate with my credentials. This developer is incompetent and cannot provide basic account access or a simple account deletion process anywhere.
