비밀번호 갱신 도대체 어떻게 하나요

계봐 몰라서 로그인 안되고 타 기관 인증서 등록하려니까 계좌 비번치라 하네요 아니 비번을 몰라서 어떻게든 비번 갱신하려는데 다른 방식이 다 계좌 비번을 치라하면 어떻게 해야 하나요. 로그인 하려니 계좌 비번을 몰라서 안되고, 계좌 비번을 찾으려는데 로그인하라 하고, 로그인 안되서 다른 방법으로 로그인 하려하면 계좌 비번을 치라 하고 너무 답답하네요...

하나그룹 직원 중에 신규 계좌 개설 하고 로그인까지 안막히고 원큐에 할 수 있으면 오만원 드릴게요 진짜 개미친 어플이네요 와 시대가 어느땐데 이따구로 만들지 로그인할 때 아이디 필요하면 아이디부터 개설하게 해야지 계좌랑 비밀번호 다쳐도 계속 오류 뜨게 만드네 이거 내부적으로 테스트도 안해보나요???? 이름만 원큐고 어플 사용감은 빠큐임
