Nach Zwangsumstellung dysfunktional

Zum 31.12.2025 ist Viessmann gridX angekündigt, zum 25.11.2025 durfte man zu E.ON gridX migrieren. Leider ist nach Migration diese App dysfunktional („falscher Nutzername oder Passwort“), vor kurzem, schon nach der Migration, ging das noch. Bleibt nur die E.ON gridX Webseite, eine E.ON-App wird man laut Ansage frühestens 2026 nutzen können.

Viessmann stellt die Lösung ein

Ein weiters Beispiel, dass Viessmann Produkte verkauft und sich dann nicht mehr um seine Kunden kümmert! Die Lösung wird eingestellt und Kunden werden zu Eon abgeschoben.

Verbesserungsbedürftig

Alle paar Monate wird das gesamte Layout auf den Kopf gestellt und dabei einiges verschlimmbessert. Die ganzen Zahlen und Darstellungen nützen nichts, wenn es kaum nützliche Funktionen fur z. B. den Batteriespeicher gibt. Der Hersteller sollte seine Ressourcen besser für neue Funktionen einsetzen, anstatt ständig nur die Grafik zu verändern - das bringt keinem was. Die App hängt mehrmals täglich mit weißem Screen, wenn sie im Hintergrund läuft (aktuelles iOS). -> seit Version 3 behoben! Gut!

Die App ist wirklich gut, allerdings lässt sich die Temperaturanzeige des Heizstabes in der Live-Ansicht seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr vergrößern.

Hallo Viessmann, beim neuesten Update ist die Darstellung der Autarkie für die verschiedenen Zeiträume (Jahr, Monat, Woche) nicht mehr ersichtlich. Schade, dass fand ich besonders aufschlussreich!

Mittels übersichtlichem Dashboard erhalten Sie jederzeit wichtigste Informationen Ihres Heizungs- und Energiesystems wie Anlagenstatus, Grad der Selbstversorgung, CO2 Einsparung, Tagestrend oder können im Live-View die aktuellen Energieflüsse verfolgen. Über eine Reportfunktion werden historische Daten auf Tages-, Wochen-, Monats- und Jahresbasis einsehbar. Auch eine Expertenfunktion mit detaillierten Energieverläufen steht zur Verfügung.
