Coban: Japanisch Lernen

I’ve been a fan of the creator of this app for the longest time, before the app evolved so much. I knew them from a series of N5 and N4 materials available online entirely for free. I studied alone for some years, and it’s in great part thanks to this material that I passed on both N5 and N4 (back in 2021 and 2022). Now, I am very happy to see how the app is much more polished, with lots more resources, as I’m sure it will help me a lot with N3 and beyond. This is a creator I am very happy to support, and I have been very satisfied with everything I have seen so far. I highly recommend it for anyone who’s serious about studying Japanese! The app has a friendly interface and plenty of examples. The VS functionality to help identify differences in similar grammar points is especially useful. Keep up the excellent work! ⭐️

I recently abandoned a well-known language app for this one, and my wife and I have been really pleased with what this one has to offer. It has a nice, intuitive flow with daily reviews, podcasts, books, and language tests. It has everything that I wanted in a Japanese language app.

I have tried many apps to help study 日本語 this app hits all the spot.. it’s organized and structured so good made my my studying much effective. Money well spent. ありがとうございます

Vocabulary and JLPT enough to pass basic. Updates review later.

The new update makes it very laggy when scrolling up to the top selector for selecting what you want to study (ie grammar, vocab, kanji). It makes the site slightly annoying to use. Overall though, I love the content in the new update, the only thing stopping me from getting the premium upgrade is the lagging (You can still learn up to JLPT 3 for free.) it’s still a very good source to use, it has just become slightly annoying.
