All orders in my business account say a delivery date and it never arrives that day. They always delay or cancel the order. This is dangerous when you have clients or jobs that depend on this service. However, in my regular account I don’t have this kind of problems. Horrible service. The last 7 orders have been a disaster
I’m a business owner with a schedule and scheduled projects. I always shop around every where for the best prices and reliability when it comes to delivery. I had yet to get an Amazon delivery on time. Never!!! Not once have I ordered anything from the business page and it arrives on time. There is always an issue which then delays the job. I will find a way to back charge Amazon for the time wasted for their unreliability and the lost time on my projects. This has got to stop. If the items being purchased say delivering this day between this time and this time then that’s when they should arrive, other wise get yourself a different carrier. The items NEVER arrive within the given date and time, ALWAYS a few days later or never and I have to cancel the order and shop elsewhere. At this point I’m just going to start shopping elsewhere and never in Amazon business because they suck.

I pay yearly for prime and within the last year nothing comes on time! They must hire the bottom of the barrel for delivery drivers. You know when your stuff is late it’s sitting in some filthy car smelling like skunk!
Almost every other item I ordered takes longer than advertised which impacts why I made that purchase.
