★★★★★ They have updated it and it is terrible you cannot see your every day comparisons without clicking on each individual day, it used to be motivating to see each day's progress and they took away the passcode, which…

★★★★★ But, when that screen went away, it didn't save and still showed an inaccurate measurement from weeks ago.

★★★★★ Tried sending an email to support but this app doesn't work that well.
★★★★★ I've contacted customer service twice to change the sound or just not have a sound at all..?

★★★★★ 09/08/2020 The app is trash and in need to be developed. Wi-Fi is not working and I get wrong measurement on my weight and other measurements is not working at all or not given.
★★★★★ Although, the scale measure weight and BMI — it fails to store data the way it was advertised. It only worked the first day, now I have to enter my weight in manually. Look elsewhere for a true scale and app sync…
Nothing stands out.

★★★★★ I've been using this app since November 2022. It's been fantastic. Never had any problems with it connecting.
★★★★★ This app does works quite well. It records weight and provides graphs of weightless. It handles missed days and possible errors well. It isn't full of entertaining bells and whistles, and it isn't a game, but it does…
★★★★★ Always accurate with my Drs scales.

★★★★★ It isn't full of entertaining bells and whistles, and it isn't a game, but it does record weight in an effective and visual way.

This is not the real app for this product and they obviously made this app to fool you. It fooled me. Check your user manual to get the real app. It also doesn’t work so it’s a huge waste of time. The real app works great. Apple should not allow this app to continue.
On my second week 💛
I fail to see why the two apps had to be separate - there is even less reason the old data shouldn’t connect seamlessly. In every level, it’s more work. But it does function for recording weight, so what do I know.
I really like the scale and this app! I really enjoy having a visual representation of my progress and being able to set weight goals. I also like that you can track your body measurements and it gives helpful guides where to measure.
Why does a stupid scale need an app? Not everything needs an app. I just want to change lbs to kgs and now I have to sign up and give all my life’s data because this brand didn’t add a stupid physical button to change the unit.
There’s a bug where’s the app just doesn’t ever fully load, please fix!!
