UselessIt doesn’t work. Like AT ALL. It will direct you to connect devices and then once you do it, the option doesn’t actually exist. This app is actually useless. I downloaded it to waste my time and anyone telling you it’s worth it, is LYING. I connected with customer service through Microsoft all I did was talk to some Indian mf that had no clue he was alive let alone knew his job to even help. I would rather do anything else than use a Microsoft based computer I’m selling this POS immediately. Microsoft is ran by a mental patient I don’t know why we thought any of his products would be worth sh. Go watch paint dry, you will get father than this pos app I promise you

Fraction of the websiteMicrosoft has abandoned this application. It requires you to use a website to control Xbox. Then they prevent you from accessing the site from your phone.

No In-App NotificationsHorrible user experience. Child requests time on laptop, the request comes via email instead of as an app notification, leading to poor visibility and a reduced user experience.
If the app can display the request under a “Notification” icon within the app, and the app can allow you to grant the request -

Consistently IrritatingOne of the only things I use this app for is adding funds to my kids accounts, and it is a consistently irritating experience that I have come to dread. It always requires multiple attempts due to clunky logins or unexplained errors.
