Never connected to WiFi

So I really tried to give this app a chance but unfortunately this app does not work! It allowed me to connect to the WiFi once and never allowed me to do it again! I tried everything that the little booklet says, but it didn’t work, I figured that since i can get pictures/ video on the dash cam itself, that would be enough for me. This app does not work!!
