HOW SURE ARE WE
Not in any grossing chart, so this comes from ratings growth (7.4 new ratings a month on average since launch): revenue grows with new ratings, more slowly for apps that collect ratings fast. Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2 times, and big earners tend to come out low. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

★★★★★ I quickly looked for a way to cancel the sale, but was not able.
★★★★★ I would like my money back please.
★★★★★ The app is complicated and expensive, so it's outrageous that there is no documentation anywhere.
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • Wish it was easier to find the manual/help. 5★, May 13, 2024
  • I wish I could get my money back on both of these purchases. 2★, Jul 18, 2023
  • Please add (1) auv3 option to play within GarageBand (2) ai based intelligent tracking of a midi track (say, bass or piano) (3) variation buttons to press in real time for switching rhythms/styles and injecting fill-ins. 4★, Jan 17, 2023
  • Please add this feature back in. 4★, Jan 12, 2022
  • Has potential to be an invaluable resource but if I need a masters degree just to understand to to use it then I'm just wasting time. 3★, Aug 12, 2020
  • Auv3 would be great but having a best friend is better. 5★, Dec 22, 2019
  • And there haven't been any hints at it, so I am not 'expecting' au support, but I still kind of am as these apps would be much more useable for my needs as an au. 4★, Dec 16, 2019

Perfect jam companion

Great to jam with but needs documentation

Got this and Reggae Drummer at about the same time. They really are a lot more fun to jam with than typical drum machines. That said, I feel like I’m probably missing a lot because of the absence of documentation. For example, it took me watching a video regarding iBassist to figure out how to sync the apps. I’m also at the point where my interpretation of the jam controls is essentially just more means more stuff going on. (Knocked this down from a perfect rating for the unlabeled controls in the jam page. Familiarity with Reggae Drummer offered clues but I disliked guessing in an otherwise polished app when there was obviously space available.) If I want to move past playing with the preset patterns, some guidance would help.
