★★★★★ it's misleading and is wrong in every sense of the word.
★★★★★ To many times the health determination is 'over water or under watered' I already know that, but for the app to not determine which is useless.
★★★★★ Even the basic free plan is useless compared to other apps available.

★★★★★ I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!!! I used the app for a few years and I've tried several weeks to open the app so I could see what plants needed to be fertilized, do health checks, etc. I could not get past the opening…
★★★★★ Always says “”oops something went wrong” when I search a plant. I've unsubscribed, tried it again a year later. I'll be unsubscribing again.

I think they’ve switched to a new/different AI model for the “plant health” feature and it’s garbage now— I’ve photographed fully dead plants and it says “your plant looks healthy!” Considering the health analysis feature was the main reason I got the app, it will make me consider others when it’s up for renewal. The to dos and plant analysis features are still useful.

Thank you for this wonderful app blossom. It is so easy to use. I take pictures of all my plants and what rooms they’re in which is a great feature. That way I can keep them organized and it tells me when to water them and went to fertilize them, this is the best
I tried out their trial subscription, canceled after 5 days on Apple as advised, but then got billed their ridiculous weekly rate. They « apologized « and told me to go to Apple to settle the charge without even offering to step in. Of course Apple refused to refund the money even though I have proof that I had cancelled in due time. BIG THUMBS DOWN to both Blossom and Apple on this. If you don’t want to get swindled don’t even try out this app!
