I don’t usually review but

I don’t usually review but this app needs to be in everyone phone. I started using this like 43 days before and I’m surprised that despite being a power user, I came across this app so late. The app helps you understand the concepts around how we operate and help you reframe our subconscious brain which is harder to rewire/reframe. The idea that we spend not more than 10 minutes a day , makes it all the way like able. Highly recommended. 👍
