Fab

I love this app as it’s very difficult to give up everything straight away and would cause me anxiety. It is making me aware of how much I am drinking. I feel so rewarded when the night I have to cut one drink out and I have done it. One bottle of wine crept up to two now I have managed to get it down to one bottle and one day a week 1 glass less. I honestly feel like I have control and there is nothing like not being in control.
