Frustrated

This game used to be a lifesaver for me. I went through years of abuse and playing PM kept my mind occupied. Now, the game erases my power ups on a regular basis or gives me lesser power ups than what I’m owed. Also, when there’s on such as the baking game, suddenly it because frustrating trying to win each level. People pay so much money trying to advance. While some of that is truly fair. It begins to require a purchase every level unless you want to try 50 times. Also, on the days when in a decent winning streak, I get 10 levels and receive my favorite power up, the next level will be impossible to win causing me to lose my power up. It happens quite frequently. Funny thing is, when I attempt that level for the second time, I’ll win with flying colors and 7 moves left. This tells me you’re intentionallyEwing up my power play.

Getting Harder to Love

I have had this game for over 5 years, maybe more like 7. I love this game and come back to it season after season. They update it constantly and there is always something fun going on in the game. The reason I am giving it two stars is because the challenges have become almost impossible to complete without paying for expansions. I have been playing this every day, often for an hour or two in the evening, and I have yet to complete one of the Halloween challenges without spending real money. I remember years ago when dedication and sticking with it meant you could complete a challenge. Now the same dedication gets you close, but not over the finish line. It’s really discouraging. I’m not asking for everything to be easy, but this game was undoubtedly more balanced in past years.

Don’t purchase anything.

I once bought a bundle to get more of the gems and lightning things to finish one of the side quest/puzzle but it completely messed everything up. I can’t watch ads anymore to get 2 extra moves to complete a level. I searched it up and apparently making an in-app purchase or spending real money in the game often permanently removes or drastically reduces your access to ad-for-move features. This makes it horribly difficult to pass a level to push you to purchase more things. All this does is stress me out now instead of helping me just enjoy a game to pass time.
