Price and subscription40%

25 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I did y'all's free trial and then it automatically charge $20 and I couldn't download apps to my phone for like two months because of you guys and then I still had to pay that $20 even though I didn't like your app and…
★★★★★ Especially if you are a chronically ill person who doesn't make much money.
★★★★★ Hoping to see improvement in future updates which may influence if I continue to subscribe.
Login and account problems21%

13 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ After updating my data for over a year, all my data is lost because of an incorrect login.
★★★★★ I tried to cancel the subscription so they wouldn't charge my account and the support team is just ignoring my request and bombarding my inbox with requests to review an app I already told them I don't want.
★★★★★ I hate being forced into something and also spending 20 minutes setting up an account I can't afford to use.
Lost data, sync, backup21%

13 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ After updating my data for over a year, all my data is lost because of an incorrect login.
★★★★★ I can't see anything in my profile, edit goals, or sync with Apple health.
★★★★★ idk what the hell happened but after using this app for two years i have a lot of customizations and such。 all of the sudden i open the app this morning and they're all gone ???
Bugs, things not working10%

6 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I've reported it as a bug to the development team, received communication & have been told they are working on it but as of now it was suggested that it's best to turn OFF sync with my Apple Health for sleep.
★★★★★ App is completely broken on iPad.
★★★★★ Finally got in (really should've just backed out then), and the app doesn't work at all.
Crashes and freezes5%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ (Feb '26) Today I just get a flicker in the app and data is not loading to it at all.
★★★★★ I couldn't remember whether I signed in with Google or email and password and am now stuck on the privacy agreement page.
★★★★★ Thought it was because I do betas, but even when I'm on a public release, it just crashes on startup.
Limits, credits, locked features5%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Makes you go thru the whole rigmarole before telling you that you only get a free trial and then you have to pay.
★★★★★ Have to pay to use it after 7 day trial wish it said that up front before I gave them all my info 🤦🏼‍♀️
★★★★★ My symptoms are all over the place so if I can only pick from limited choices theres no point.
Wrong or poor results5%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I can't use it, and I can't get past the gatekeeper who doesn't understand the problem.
★★★★★ Useless without menstrual cycle tracking.
★★★★★ The most disgusting, unholy example of a modern 2023 subscription based app gone wrong.
No customer support5%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I've sent an email for support but I'm very close to looking elsewhere.
★★★★★ I tried to cancel the subscription so they wouldn't charge my account and the support team is just ignoring my request and bombarding my inbox with requests to review an app I already told them I don't want.
★★★★★ Also, it doesn't seem to support trend tracking without premium, which I won't be purchasing without such data sync support.
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • It has all the bells & whistles for data junkies, but space for those who just need a way to track symptoms to share with our health providers. 5★, Aug 25, 2026
  • I had dates, timelines, symptoms, and everything that was different than usual, like I forgot to eat, how many trips to the ladies room, what I ate, my mood and as many as you need to add for your particular situation. 5★, Jul 29, 2026
  • The only thing I wish it had was a place to record injection sites. 5★, Jul 5, 2026
  • I need accurate information. 2★, Jun 10, 2026
  • Please make reporting an issue easier. 3★, May 25, 2026
  • I wish more things showed up as trends on the dot graphs. 3★, May 15, 2026
  • Feb 27, 2026 Edit: they've changed the format and now it's way harder to add a one off symptom than it should be. 2★, Feb 28, 2026
  • It's a good app but I wish you could view multiple symptoms on the calendar at once to compare trends as well as a place to log doctor appointments and related doctor's notes/advice 4★, Feb 18, 2026

★★★★★ This really keeps me organized and helps me journal my thoughts throughout the day.
★★★★★ This is the easiest app I've found to start documenting fibromyalgia. I need record of everything, I need to find a pattern of flare up so I can understand what I'm going through and this app is amazing
★★★★★ This app really helps me understand my triggers and the patterns that affect my mental health.

Worth the money18%

64 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ Bearable is very customizable (that is what makes it worth it to me) and you get insights, graphs (to even be able to show your doctor your trends), and support.
★★★★★ I think the level of tracking it provides (for free) provides incredible insight into why I feel the way I do.
★★★★★ The free version is decent enough considering not many trackers even have free versions anymore
Looks great5%

18 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ I appreciate the effort put into this app and it really shows in its interface.
★★★★★ I think its adaptability works against it in some cases, as the interface is rarely optimal for the current task.
★★★★★ It definitely takes a good while to get used to the interface and customize it according to what you want to track, but once you make tracking (your daily check-ins) a habit, you will surely notice the difference.
Fun, addictive4%

15 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ I really enjoy the vast selection of both mental and physical features, but also that I can add custom symptoms as well.
★★★★★ I'm still getting a hang of what factors and symptoms I want to keep track of, but so far I'm enjoying it and found the app to be simple yet affective 🥰
★★★★★ I've been really enjoying Bearable!

Helpful!

I have ADHD and other medical conditions I’m working through currently. I find it so hard to remember symptoms I’ve experienced over time. This really keeps me organized and helps me journal my thoughts throughout the day. I like that it creates charts to look back on! Today I was gathering data on symptoms for a doctor’s visit and I found out I can search for a specific word or symptom, making me feel validated that my pain has been getting worse. I use this app every single day, easiest habit I’ve ever started. This app has been helping my health journey get started.

Terrible

Too plain and not enough stats to make you understand what is happening with your health.

★★★★★Oct 18, 2026
Worth it

I have multiple chronic conditions that I am trying to manage and take control of. I felt lost on how to do this before I found this app. Bearable is very customizable (that is what makes it worth it to me) and you get insights, graphs (to even be able to show your doctor your trends), and support.

Really good for long-term use!

This is the oldest app on my phone currently. I've had it for about 3 years now - through the hight of my medical problems, and I feel like this app really helped me easily gather and keep track of data so that I and my doctors can better understand whats going on. I really enjoy the vast selection of both mental and physical features, but also that I can add custom symptoms as well. I think this is the only non corporate greedy health tracker to exist and I love that it's pretty much an all in one and super convenient. I still use bearable to this day and it's just a simple part of my routine. I HIGHLY recommend (#notsponsered lol) especially if you are needing to keep track or understand your symptoms better.

Subscription problem

I did y'all's free trial and then it automatically charge $20 and I couldn't download apps to my phone for like two months because of you guys and then I still had to pay that $20 even though I didn't like your app and it and canceled the subscription very disappointed and I can't find a number to get a hold of someone to get my money back either....

Store description

Feeling overwhelmed by your health? Bearable is the symptom tracker that helps you work out what makes your symptoms, pain, migraine and mental health better or worse, so you can feel more in control. Join over 2M patients & doctors using Bearable to manage symptoms, pain, migraine, mood, medication and mental health. FIND YOUR TRIGGERS Most people arrive with one question: what is making my symptoms worse? Log how you feel in a few taps a day, and Bearable shows the correlations between your symptoms and your sleep, food, weather, stress, medication and habits, so you know which triggers to avoid. NOT SURE WHERE TO START? No diagnosis or plan needed. Rate how you feel, add a symptom or two, and Bearable suggests what to log next as your symptom diary grows. PAIN, MIGRAINE AND HEADACHE TRACKER Record pain levels, where the pain is and how long it lasts. Log migraine frequency and severity, spot the warning signs before a migraine attack, see which migraine treatments help, and learn which triggers reliably set off your headaches. The pain tracker is used every day by people managing chronic pain, migraine, arthritis, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, joint pain and back pain. MENTAL HEALTH AND MOOD TRACKER See whether your mental health is changing over time, not just how today feels. Log mood, energy, stress, sleep and anxiety alongside what is going on in your life, and see how work, exercise, social plans and the weather shape your mental health. The mental health tracker is used by people living with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD and OCD, and by anyone wanting a clearer picture of their mental health. CHRONIC ILLNESS, FATIGUE AND FLARE-UPS Log flare-ups, pain, crashes and good days to see what leads to each. Work out which activities drain you or give you energy, and give your doctor a clear record of how your chronic illness has changed. Built with people living with PoTS, EDS, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS and long covid. GUT, HORMONES AND CYCLE Log digestive symptoms, food and bathroom habits to find out which foods are behind your IBS or GERD flare-ups. See how your symptoms, pain, migraine and mood change across each phase of your cycle, useful for PCOS, PMDD, endometriosis and menstrual migraine. MEDICATION AND TREATMENTS Log medication, supplements and treatments, then see whether they are working for your pain, migraine or mental health and whether they cause side effects. The medication tracker also sets reminders so you never miss a dose or a diary entry. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Symptoms, pain, migraine, mood, medication, exercise and diet in one health tracker, so you can find useful patterns instead of switching between apps. - Fully customisable: record exactly what matters to you - Insights that show what correlates with your symptoms - Reports that turn months of symptom, pain and mental health logs into actionable insights - Sync steps, sleep and heart rate from Apple Health and Fitbit - Reminders, secure export, restore across devices, dark mode PRIVATE AND SECURE Your health data is encrypted.
