A small issue

The game was good and organized but I was playing events and when the game starts to get laggy it kicks me out of the game and when logged back in it give me some rewards and it counts a loss which really annoys me so can you fix that bug or issue if possible. Edit : So I set to minimal and what do you mean not active background setting when I can’t find it but it still kicks me out at the event and counts it as a lost again bit thank you for sending me tips but I still have the issue.
