Bugs, things not working29%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I don't understand where all these glowing reviews are coming from when there's a whole facebook page about the bugs.
★★★★★ I want to keep using it but it seems there's no more functionality to fix bugs or any customer support
★★★★★ Groups was the main reason I went with SongbookPro. I've invested a lot of time formatting the songs for the group. And I can't do anything with any of it now. Disappointed that I may have to start over with another app.
No customer support29%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ No support either which has.
★★★★★ I've sent several email requests to the developers with no response whatsoever.
★★★★★ The tech support links don't exist.
Lost data, sync, backup18%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Does not sync appropriately on restarts.
★★★★★ I've had very little success getting the online sync function to work with Microsoft OneDrive.
★★★★★ Suddenly it's stopped “connecting to the store” and I can't add anymore songs, restore my purchase, buy it again.
Price and subscription12%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I would just like to know that the play along feature will work before I spend the money.
★★★★★ They charged me without my intention and there is no place to cancel the payment or contact support, not recommended!
Worse after an update12%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I have tried to delete the app and reinstall, closed anything open on my IOS device, downloaded the latest version etc.
★★★★★ Please update to use iTunes and Apple Music
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • If there were a way to remove the cords at the touch of a button that would be awesome. 5★, Oct 12, 2026
  • I like the app I just wish there was a edit feature where I can add the fixed chord chart to every song. 3★, Sep 17, 2026
  • All the features I need and more, yet very simple to use and navigate. 5★, Aug 28, 2026
  • Wish you were around in the late 60's would be better than using your LP trying to figure out cords and lyrics 5★, Aug 6, 2026
  • The only feature I wish SongbookPro included is YouTube integration. 5★, Jul 25, 2026
  • I wish that it had a way to easily strip out chords and symbols, and display in a font/size that I specify - the only issue I have that I want to maximize the lyrics that fit on a page, every time, every song, so they… 5★, Jun 8, 2026
  • However, I wish setlists werent date-based and that images could be added to songs. 5★, Apr 29, 2026
  • I would love to see that changed. 5★, Apr 29, 2026

Measures

Love the program! The only thing would be the marking of the measures(how many beats the chord gets)would help, I use it for songs that I don’t know and this would help immensely!

★★★★★Oct 13, 2026
Thank you for the updates

The app has been improved since I bought it . It is my go to! So much easier now

This is an awesome app!

Once you learn the ropes a little it becomes user friendly. As a drummer I don’t need the cords that guitar and bassist use. So I have to remove them. If there were a way to remove the cords at the touch of a button that would be awesome. I find it very easy to find songs on the internet and save them to OnSong Pro. I also am able to type in my own notes, such as when to come in and when to rest or what drum to hit. A helpful thing would be to change the text color of the notes that I type. I highly recommend and appreciate this app.

As a worship leader and singer this is one of the most reasonable and useful apps to have. There is a ONE time fee and it’s not outrageous it’s like 8$ it is certainly the best app for this kind of stuff

Keeps me All PRO

I love this program. It accepts pdfs, organizes them alphabetically, you can email a new song from a laptop to a tablet, and download, import, add to set. So robust. Then in a set, just swipe left or right for all the songs, plus you can share with band mates easily as a .sbp set file or a pdf of the show. Soooo good!
