Hello, I have been using your app for about two years, and my experience has been great. I have always appreciated the opportunity to complete tasks and earn rewards. This month, I specifically saved my earnings so I could withdraw my $50 reward. However, for the first time, I received a message stating that my reward was under review. I tried requesting another payout of $5 to see if the issue was limited to the original reward, but I received the same message again. It has now been four days, and I still have not received either payout. I am surprised and concerned because I have never experienced this issue before. The reward IDs are: • Reward ID: 8BWPMYC4HW3H • Reward ID: SJHD256WW3DG I have also sent an email previously but have not received a response. At this point, I have stopped participating in other tasks because I do not feel comfortable continuing to spend time completing tasks if I am unable to receive my payouts. Could you please look into both rewards and let me know what is causing the delay and when I can expect my payments to be released? I have been a loyal user for two years and would really appreciate having this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
