Functionally dead on iMac and Macbook

The Norton Password Vault works wonderfully on MS Edge. Yes, Edge. But it does not work, at all, under the current Mac OS in Safari. The icon appears at the top of the page, like it should, but, when clicked, a blank window appears below it. The vault will also not recognize a login page or prompt to enter your saved credentials. Completely useless on Mac. I wish Norton would fix. Otherwise, what’s the point of staying with. Norton?

Password Manager functionality lost in the ozone

My Mac is updated to macOS 26.4.1. I was unable to export my password vault to a CSV file using the Safari extension. However, when I used Norton Private Browser I was able to accomplish the task. I determined that the Safari extension for Norton Safe Web Plus had not been updated by Gen Digital for 6 months (current version 1.3.8 and more than 3 years ago before the update to the current version). No wonder users are having functionality issues, so some of its prior functionality was lost and the current solutions in Norton’s support do not work for Safari and the current extension.
