Please help!

Hey app developers! 👋🏻🙋‍♀️ I have an issue with this app. Right after I open the app, I choose my avatar. But when I am about to choose my own username I see the wizard. He keeps showing different chess pieces in his thought bubble, so I’m not able to choose a username. I hope this issue gets fixed and I hope I can continue to play chess on this app for years to come. Thank you for your help,patience,and support.
