Terrible UI

I feel it ironic that the first review i see is championing the UI, from way earlier this year. Because i am here to complain about how functionally poor the mobile UI and UX is now that the UI has been updated. Please add in options to revert to previous instances, and stop trying to reinvent the wheel when nothing was broken to begin with.

Ich rate jedem von dem Anbieter ab.

Über 4600€ hängen bei Kraken fest. Seit 7 Tagen steht der Status auf „Wird Ausgeführt“. Support ist weder über den Live Chat noch per Mail zu erreichen. Update 17.10. Die Antwort von Kraken ist lustig und exakt die Selbe, die ich auf Trust Pilot erhalten habe. Das Social Media „Support-Team“ habe ich bereits mit meinem Anliegen angeschrieben. Auf mehrfache Anfrage über verschiedene Kanäle wurde ich gebeten sie nicht „zu zuspamen“ und mir wurde indirekt gedroht, dass ich von weiteren Anfragen absehen soll, da es andernfalls zu noch mehr Verzögerung führt. Ihre Aufgabe sei zu „Priorisieren“, was immer das auch bedeuten soll. Ich warte schon seit über 10 Tagen, niemand hat mich nach irgendwelchen Informationen oder Dokumenten gefragt, welche „Investigation“ auf welcher Datenlage wird da vorgenommen?

Newest update is abysmal

I used to be able to see the price action visibly and scan multiple charts. Now, I can’t. Update is so bad I’m probably moving to Robinhood. Also, they scheduled maintenance when BTC took a nosedive so people couldn’t buy or sell. I doubt that’s a coincidence. Adios kraken
